I really wish this monitor would come out - lots of nice features. However, I found it to be unfit for its intended purpose due to the main issue of parts not locking! Very frustrating! Wanted to give 0 stars. I have contacted Samsung Support and Revain Services but to no avail. None of the support contacts could help me to view help hints. I followed the instructions that came with the product, which was a duplicate set of diagrams in the PDF manual that Samsung used as a reference. I don't want to buy a Samsung computer monitor again. Too bad - I love their TVs.
