I like how easily you can use it for invoicing. You just drag-drop things over from your desktop or drop them into folders as they come in! The only thing that could be improved are some of their options - such as adding labels automatically when creating an invoice would help improve efficiency greatly!! Not really anything else i dislike about this program other than its not very user friendly at times but thats mostly due to me getting used too quickly :). Managing our billing process so we don't have any problems with payment delays etc after sending bills via email/postal service.
