Getting 10 at once seems a bit excessive but I like to have them on hand as it encourages replacing every 3 months as recommended by dentists . Natural wood seems to have a better environmental impact compared to other brushes. Granted, wood isn't as smooth as a plastic brush and it takes a while to get used to the new feel, but knowing that this brush can break over time, it's worth braving. The packaging is a large plain paper box and each toothbrush has its own small paper box. This helps to reduce the impact on the environment.
