My comments only pertain to the heavy 2006 Ford F-250. The first few attempts were unsuccessful. I thought I followed the programming instructions exactly. I went to YouTube and found a catch. The trick is next. Once in the car, close the door, latch it, then open it, push the door then close it, turn the truck on and off 8 times, ending in the on position. You will hear how the door locks work. You have 10 seconds to program the key fob. If you have more than one key fob, you only need to press the unlock button on each of them once within 10 seconds.
