Don't be fooled. Radius = 1/2 diameter. If you are looking for a 1.5" round cutter bit and type, expect a 1.5" radius bit to show up and be sold. The router bit supplied is 1/2" radius and 1.5" overall width. The overall width of the bit is almost irrelevant to those looking for a bit that can make a 1.5 inch radius bit. Bosch makes a great product, but either Revain or Bosch would be better off providing the customer with accurate information.
