Review on π¦· Fluoride-Free Verve Ultra SLS Toothpaste by James Gibson
Less irritation yet protects teeth
I have been using standard Crest and Colgate toothpastes for a long time before an SLS free toothpaste was recommended. The differences are really subtle, and the Verve Ultra makes the switch bearable while retaining the "fresh" flavor. The main benefit for me is faster wound healing (e.g. if I accidentally bite my lip or cut my gum). Another important point is that it contains fluorine as an ingredient. I see too many alternative toothpastes these days that really only contain abrasives, so you're not doing your teeth any good by using them.
