How can you make a clicker so bad?

In my 40 years of dog training I had a lot of clickers. I have never bought such poor quality SunGrow product. I already fully knew and liked push button clickers. They usually make a soft click, the button is very easy to press, and they work consistently. So far I've tried three out of the eight clickers I've received. All three were too loud for this clicker style. All three require a lot of force to press the button and make a click. Two out of three require very precise positioning of the thumb on the button to trigger the click. A solid percentage of the time, I pressed the button and there was no click at all. This is one of the shittiest products I've ever bought.
