This is a product with very poor design

I have never given a negative review to a product before but I think this product really deserves it. The case looks good and feels like it's made well enough to hold. However, there are several problems in this case. First, the way it stands is poorly designed, making it very easy to fall over. You could very easily make it more durable with a few small tweaks. This shows that they really didn't care about making a quality product. The second point is not so important, but it speaks of the thoughtlessness that has been invested in this matter. The faucet (or whatever you call it) used to set the case up is no longer attached to the case after you've used the stand a number of times. It sticks out a bit, and although unlikely I could see it snagging on anything that could potentially cause you to drop the case. The third and probably the biggest issue with the case is that the lip that rises up on either side of the screen is too large, making it difficult to use gestures or open notifications at the top of the screen. I had to pull the edge down with one hand and pivot it with the other. Again, this is something else that could easily be fixed. Putting it all together tells me that the company just didn't care about providing their customers with a good product. As I highly doubt any of them actually using this case themselves.

Pros
  • quick replacement
Cons
  • sad packaging
