I have purchased ROS Express water units before and they are always easy to install and work great. This one is no exception. Why am I not giving 5 stars? I live in a very rural area and need to keep a close eye on my sediment filter. So I paid extra money to buy transparent filter housings. When I installed the unit the last thing you do is open the filter housing, install them and turn on the water. When I opened the filter housing I saw that it was dark blue and opaque. I called Express Water and was told they are all clear blue, not the clear ones shown in the Revain listing. I explained to them that I really need to keep an eye on the mud filter and bought a clear one. They were willing to refund my money but the system was already installed. They said they would see if they had a report to send to me. They said they would call back soon and let me know. I haven't heard from them again. weeks have passed. Dirt on the sediment filter can hardly be seen. Maybe I can see it darker when it gets really dirty, but I didn't mean to. You need to change the photos in this description to let people know the body is not clear.
