Review on 🍳 KitchenAid Stainless Steel Nonstick Round Grill Pan/Griddle, 10.25 Inch - 3-Ply Base by Tim Thuss

I'm glad I switched to

I've wanted to give up nonstick cookware for a long time because I realized that in less than a year you'll eat away at the coating. I finally settled on this set and I'm glad I did. If you follow the directions (season the pan, let the pan heat up a bit before adding the oil and using the oil) they're great and clean up well. I bought some things to clean but I don't really need them yet. It is important to use pots correctly. Ever read a recipe that said you had to scrape the bottom of the pan and there was nothing to scrape on a nonstick pan? That stuff sticking to the bottom adds a TON of flavor, but you can't get that with a nonstick coating. I fell like a real chef!. It's important to use these pans with a recipe that adds liquid (e.g. wine, vinegar, broth) at the end, even if just a little bit, since that's how you get stuck stuff out of the pan and into your food. When cooking dry, use a grill pan, which is great for steaks or pork chops. One thing I would like to improve is the grips, they get hot. Always use oven mitts for handles and lid handles. Also, the heating is quick and even (even compared to another stainless steel pan I've had and it heats up faster). i enjoy them And the price is very reasonable.
