Received quickly. The blades are very sharp and cut very well. The only negative I can say is that it's difficult to get a tougher veg like a sweet potato to work. Because it's hard to put it on the handle's teeth to go in far enough to keep it stable. Now it can only be mine, so I didn't cut the stars just for that. I'm sure I can boil potatoes as they are not as firm as sweet potatoes. Maybe I'll get better at it with more practice. I managed to slice the sweet potato. Rinses out quickly and easily so I don't have to touch these blades much. Tonight I'll probably try hamburger hash so I can make potatoes and maybe a cucumber salad. Hmm let's see.
