The power of the PD is not really 100W
When I connected the adapter and then plugged the charger into the adapter's USB port, a pop-up window appeared on my computer complaining about insufficient power. The power is 100 watts and my laptop requires 65 watts. I hadn't plugged anything into any of the adapter ports other than the charging cable.
