Update: I saw a video on the internet where the polish was applied without wiping off the sticky residue. I read that creating the next layer removes the stickiness of the previous layers. I tried one finger tonight. Then I applied a top coat. After curing, there was no tack at all. I'm a ferryman and it's getting dark soon in the morning. I'm wearing a light green shirt with reflective stripes. I was looking for something that could show up clearly and shine a little. Green perfect. Not only is it easy to see, but it shines bright (I applied 4 coats for maximum effect). Okay, this polish needs a UV lamp to dry each layer. It doesn't dry by itself. After drying, a sticky layer remains on top. THIS IS NORMAL AND POLISHING IS DRY. Take rubbing alcohol and cotton wool and wipe the sticky substance off each nail. Then you have the nail you want.
