Initially this device performed fantastically with long battery life. After about six months battery life has deteriorated to the point where the batteries practically have to stay on the charger, they don't fully charge and lose charge overnight with little use. We signed up and got a one-year warranty. However, after several emails sending photos and videos, customer support fell silent. Wow, that's really improved. The battery life is much better. The placement of the batteries in the charger has been greatly improved. I really like that we can plug it into the USB port on the back of the Wii. This is a quality unit.
