Batteries are easy to install in controllers. They slide easily into the charger and stay secure. There are no problems with batteries and charging processes.

Product arrived in order. All parts included, including wall adapter. Seems to be working fine. Initially this device performed fantastically with long battery life. After about six months battery life has deteriorated to the point where the batteries practically have to stay on the charger, they don't fully charge and lose charge overnight with little use. I was going to give this product 2 stars but I added an extra star because this kit comes with four rechargeable batteries. Simply put, the battery life sucks! Literally doesn't even STAY fully charged. You can fully charge any batteries, and whether they remain in the remote or just sit in the box waiting to be used... they'll still lose their charge. Overall -- We love this product so far and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. The only issue I've noticed is the relatively quick self-discharge of the batteries when they're not plugged in (sitting on the carpet waiting for us to use them). We charged all 4 batteries when we received it and it took about a week to use the 1st battery 2x. We swapped them out but found that the next 2 batteries were already clearly drained.
