Product arrived in order. All parts included, including wall adapter. Seems to be working fine. The only problem is that sometimes they don't connect and charge properly, but we also had this problem with the original charger we had years ago. I think it was the Energizer brand. So it's more of a WII design flaw than this company. Also, the seller contacted me to make sure we received the network adapter as there was an error and some of them were sent without it. This speaks to their honesty and a pleasure to work with. So I definitely recommend this product.
