At this price they should include the screws you need.

This bracket is perfect for the factory truck speakers and the Pioneer AS speakers I installed fit perfectly in the mounting holes. I would give this 5 stars but the included screws didn't work to attach the speaker to the bracket and I had to pull some screws from the tool kit big enough to cut into the screw holes. This will get the job done, but be prepared to do a little digging for the hardware you need.
