Shows the same temperature or too high every time.

Displays the same temperature for all users. Then, without temperature and checking on another device, this one shows 104 degrees! Inaccurate, I would like to return, but the return window ended on 10/10. Strangely it's only 30 days, what if you haven't tried it yet? Please contact me if this can be returned.
