Great gear, just some cheap and breakable barriers.

I really like the products included in the agility kit, except the barriers didn't last long. These are good barriers for adjusting and changing height but 3 of them broke when first kicked or kicked which was disappointing. The ladder, cones and skipping rope are second to none and come in a handy small mesh carry case for easy portability. I would buy this product again if the hurdles were made a little stronger.

Pros

Speed hurdles are ideal for preparing for speed maneuvers and plyometric exercises on the field.
