Review on Enhanced ReptiSafe Instant Terrarium Water Conditioners by Zoo Med by David Miller

The product is supplied in a plastic bag covered with purple liquid. I tried just washing it off, thinking maybe the bottle had spilled something during the trip, but when I washed it off, the label started rubbing off. I've looked at the bottle and it doesn't look like there was any liquid in it, so I'm worried it's coated with an unsafe chemical. I'm too worried to use it on my lizard because the liquid that was on it seems aggressive. I don't know how well the product works but I know I'm too scared to use it in the condition it arrived. I've tried to find a way to contact the vendors but the only way I can see is to leave a review.
