I'm a contractor so I used it every day. In the beginning it was good. Hassle free, and the strap lock worked great. Now, 2 weeks later, the tape has not pulled back. I opened it up to see what the problem is. There is a piece of plastic that has rolled up tape sitting in it and it's broken rendering the tape completely useless. I've used over 20 tape measures, some good some bad, but this one was a WASTE OF MONEY. CHEAP CHARACTER.
