The most helpful feature for me was being able to keep track of all assets in one place, including photos! It's easy enough when you are first getting started but I would recommend hiring someone who has used it before so they can walk through how things work as well if needed or desired - especially after purchasing additional features such as adding more than 1 account/employee etc..
This service allows us at my job (as custodians)to see what we have located over time & where its been moved too which helps out tremendously!!
