I thought it would be a return for sure, but once I had trouble starting the iPad I went to the reviews to see what other people were saying. I quickly realized that this was a common problem, but I also realized that it would be a lot easier if you put the iPad in the "screen" part first and then attached it to the actual case. I hope this helps some others figure it out so they don't have to waste 10 minutes or 3 hours! I needed two minutes. It shouldn't be but I think what can make this product work?
