Review on πŸ§‚ Kamenstein 5.5-inch Chrome Salt and Pepper Shakers – Enhance Your Kitchen Style by Jeremy Choi

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Serviceable S&P Shakers

These shakers get the job done. Although their bases and lids have a metal finish, the shakers appear to be made entirely of acrylic, so they're unlikely to shatter if dropped, which always comes in handy in the kitchen. They fill from the bottom, which is best done with a funnel, and contain plenty of salt and pepper. Filling is made easier by the silicone stoppers, which slide in and out easily as they are very flexible. If you prefer S&P sets with fewer holes and/or smaller holes in the pepper pot to avoid over-seasoning, you don't need these. There are no differences between shakers; Their tops have the same number of holes of the same size. For my taste, these shakers are not particularly attractive due to their bulbous tops. For the price at the time of writing this review they are not good value for money. In the end, these shakers don't win a beauty award, but they're functional, if pricey.

Pros
  • Easy to fill
