I bought this frame and when I went to install it, someone's family photos were already on it. I thought I bought it new, but I definitely didn't. Although annoyed that it was already in use, I decided to just delete their photos and reconfigure it for my own use. I went to the pix-star site to enter the serial number but when I did it said the ID was already registered and there was nothing I could do from there. Luckily Revain's support team was great and I was able to get my money back but was so frustrated that I wasn't getting the product I wanted. Note that seller "Pixal" is not a new item!
