X-ACTO Heavy Duty 15" Guillotine Trimmer I purchased this in February 2018 and found that the lines you see in the advert pictures , centimeters are. Wait, there's more. Inch measurements are points and accurate to 1/8th of an inch. This is the first guillotine trimmer to have accurate measurement at this level. Cuts well to the handle. Nice to use. The only thing I don't like is the protective cover. (Yes, it's for my own safety, but I still don't like it.) Also, I've previously bought a plastic Xacto model. I lost my paper guidebook and they sent me one for free. When his grip broke I threw the cutter away only to find him that they replace the grips for each of their models for free. It was amazing that there was no call for collection or even a purchase date. Xacto (Elmer's) is really easy to work with.
