The unit is beautiful and delivers more water than a standard bathroom faucet. The swivel spigot enables my family to swing it out of the way when they're brushing their teeth. (No further explanation is required!) The only difficulty in installation is the same as any faucet from ANY maker that is inherent when replacing a faucet. When a faucet is installed during construction or renovation, the plumber installs the unit into the sink BEFORE the sink is installed. He has ample room to place the unit and screw it into the base and only has to go under the cabinet to attach it to the water lines (In an EMPTY cabinet) A homeowner must empty the cabinet and then shimmy and shake into a closed space to remove not one, but two lock nuts from the old unit (per side) and then repeat the process to install the new unit.Rant over.The whole family loves this faucet and it was well worth the time and trouble! (PS, we also got a chance to clear out the stuff we were hoarding in the cabinet all these years!)
