I used a large strainer in the kitchen and the smallest in the bathroom. I am absolutely amazed at how much dirt accumulates in the strainer of the kitchen sink. I had no idea I was flushing all that crap down the drain. The structure is made of stainless steel and will not rust. The filter mesh was slightly bent when received, but was easily restored. The stainless steel rim isn't built to withstand heavy use, so be careful not to bend it or it won't sit flush with the drain. After emptying it into the bin, I pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out sparkling clean. I would definitely buy them again. Really cool!
