Review on 🎧 NRG Bluetooth Wireless Wood Earbuds with Mic & Volume Control – Noise-Isolating Headphones (Red) by Elizabeth Reyes

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great buds while they worked and the best customer service ever!

I've used a pair of wired Symphonic headphones before, but they didn't hold up too well due to the harsh conditions I put them through. Looking ahead, I'll get these Bluetooth headphones: they sound great, the battery lasts 5-7 hours (I've never seen the claimed 8 hours, but I never stop listening to music when they're on, so I won't hear them to them), they're fairly easy to pair and have great range (I once left my phone in a storage aisle at home and made it to the front door before the audio started dropping), and the various wings - and bud sizes ensure plenty of options for most ear shapes. My only criticism of the device is that it's a bit difficult for Android to enable voice commands with headphones. The main button has many functions: play/pause, power on/off, Bluetooth pairing and voice control. To activate the voice command, you need to press and hold the button for exactly 1 second. A little less - and you're playing with your music, more - and turn off the device. I have to admit that after a month the sound in the right earbud suddenly disappeared. I've done my best to take care of these headphones because I really like them, but in the right earbud I still lost the sound with no loss of quality or warning. I'm not sure if this is an accident or if it's a fairly common occurrence, but after contacting Symphonized support they simply asked for my original order number and said my new pair were on their way, that's it. At least 5/5 for friendly and fairly quick customer service. In summary, I really like these headphones; They have long battery life, great sound quality and a one-year warranty. On the other hand, my pair broke after just a month of use, but I'd rather take Symphonized at their word on that matter when they claim this is a rare occurrence. However, I am only giving 4 stars until I receive my new pair and can guarantee that they work better than the previous pair. My pair broke after a month through no fault of my own, but Symphonized sent me another pair as I write this. 4/5 for good headphones. I'll update the review after I'm sure the new pair will hold up.
