Some reviews said it came loose and fell off. I bought it anyway. Works perfectly! I was a bit worried as the car cd neck is plastic but it's holding and the hole didn't rip. I set it up for 2 weeks and ride 2 hours or more a day. It holds my Garmin in my Subaru Forester perfectly. I "pull" it from time to time to see if it loosens and it never does. I never had to tighten the mounting screw. I particularly like that the mounting ball is off-centre, which allows it to hold my GPS a little higher and doesn't interfere with the car's radio display. MUCH better than sticking it to the windshield. Definitely a great solution and worth the money.
