Too bad this product wouldn't turn on when I received it today. Now we have to wait for a replacement and deal with returns. Not funny. There was no plastic cover, the box and shipping carton were damaged. Honestly leads me to believe this is a used or refurbished product. Also, the instructions don't even explain how to replace or remove and rinse the carbon filters or replace the UV lamp. So. It's a bit annoying that these things need to be replaced or serviced and the instructions don't mention them at all. It's really annoying when you spend so much money on a product and expect it to work.
