so i ordered 3T for my 15 month old girl because all the reviews said it runs very small and she usually wears 24m or 2T. Well at the same time I ordered the blue one from another listing for my 4 year old. I ordered a 4T in this one and the tag said 3T-4T which fits her perfectly because she's tiny. Spring. This pink is exactly the same size as the blue one I ordered. It wasn't full bust because I just got it for my 4 year old but now they don't have dresses that fit the way my oldest wanted. But overall it's still a cute dress and at least I had a baby that fit.
