Review on 🚿 Methven Aio Chrome Handheld Shower Head Set with Hose, Adjustable Arm Mount - Enhanced SEO by Melissa Parker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best demo head I've ever owned

I've tried 6 different plastic hand sprayers ranging from Irrigator to unknown brands I've come across. I spent less than $50 on each of them. They were all plastic, all leaking after a year or two of use. All had a flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute. I have noticed that dual head systems use more water and I run out of hot water during the winter months. Ever since I got this display, I never run out of hot water in the shower, even on cold nights. Its flow is a little under 2.5, but it feels like more coverage and pressure than any other shower head I've bought - it effortlessly covers my entire back. One thing I noticed is that the nozzle makes the water droplets so small that it creates more steam faster in my bathroom than with other shower heads. I love this fact because it really helps clear my sinuses and makes me feel so much more refreshed after a shower (shower bombs are amazing with it). The extra water droplets look like fog settling on other heads, but the fog doesn't sting like many other head fog settings. It produces more vapor but that's not a big issue since I live in Colorado where the humidity averages around 20%, but if you live in a very humid place the extra vapor/condensation can be an issue. The only downside is the lack of settings, you only get one, but to be honest I don't miss any of the other 4-7 settings that other heads have had, except for the water saving setting where you get all the foam with no foam. waste a lot of water. But the fact that this head uses less water per minute makes up for it. Does a really good job washing my hair and at the end of the shower when I wash my face I don't even have to wipe the suds off, this head's coverage was great at washing off soap as fewer gallons per minute. It is very light, but not plastic according to the manufacturer. It definitely looks like metal from a distance, but you can feel the difference. While it's lightweight, I dropped it and it wobbled and hit my tub a few times with no damage, so it's definitely more durable than the plastic bits that happened and shattered. Such a unique design, environmental friendliness and the best ratio of pressure/coverage to shower length justify the price in my opinion.
