I received this item on a Wednesday, it stopped working on Sunday and by Monday evening it stopped working at all. I bought this for my hedgehog to keep the cage temperature stable because the temperature in our apartment is either ridiculously hot (we have sheer curtains on our balcony doors so the sun practically burns the apartment out) or very cold (the aircon/ Heating). is working). very old and only works in extreme cases I guess) and I didn't want it to get too cold or too hot. Sunday I noticed the red light was blinking so I unplugged it and tried plugging it back in but it didn't work so I just left it unplugged and just plugged the lamp into the wall. Later that night I tried again and it started working. However, the next day it started flashing again instead of getting warm and no matter what I did it didn't work. There's no troubleshooting guide on the back or any mention of the blinking red light. I don't even know what that means! The only thing I can find online is other people asking what it means and getting no answers. This is very frustrating because it really isn't a cheap thing and after a few days it stops working. Pure waste of time and money!
