I like the product itself but was sent the wrong screw size which was almost impossible to fine in stores. After checking almost 6 stores, wasting time, money and gas, we decided to contact the seller, we were offered $30 to get the right screws. It took us forever to find these screws even online and we ended up paying the same amount we received from the seller. So we weren’t compensated for the time and money we wasted in the beginning. The process of finding the screws was very very frustrating snd time consuming, the quality of the bars is good though, they look really nice too on our door.
