I'm 6'6" tall and weigh 300 lbs. Normally I would order three XLs but I ordered four XLs. I wanted a little extra space because I go out every morning and I like to just didn't want to feel like a 10lb sausage and a 5lb bag.This makes the shirt very loose and comfortable against the skin, easy to clean and recovers well.I like a shirt pocket so I can keep my phone handy and can use it as a pedometer Overall this is a great shirt, very comfortable I even bought a second one.
