We bought this phone 15 months ago. Bought 4 year warranty. I've been having problems with my cell phone lately. We thought it was a service provider but after an hour and a half of checking the system it was discovered to be the base unit. The phone shouldn't have given us any problems so soon after we bought it. We thought we had a four year plan. The call to the warranty company was more than annoying. After 20 minutes of questioning, I finally said forget it. I'm going to buy a new phone. You would have thought I would return the car. After providing the ASURION PROTECTION PLAN representative with all the requested information, I discovered that only part of the purchase was covered, even though the title of the documents reads: Covered Unit: as stated on your Revain Order Confirmation (which includes the order as a whole). . Be careful. Understand the specifics of what you are buying. Luckily it wasn't a big purchase. This is the first time Revain has let me down.
