Loud and slow - water filter

I think (hope?) it filters our water perfectly, but I would say that after replacing the old Maytag filter we got about 70% our old filter retained water pressure and now there is a very loud hum/hiss. I don't know why the noise isn't very visible in my video, but people in different rooms can see it. I can even hear the filter from above. I was happy to save money, but now I wish I had gone with an actual filter. I don't regret trying it, but next time I won't buy it.
