I started cooking on the weekends, so on weekdays after work I have something ready to just warm up and eat. We love soups so freezing it wasn't easy. The freezer locks couldn't handle the frozen edges that were poking holes, but most of all... getting a whole piece of ice cream soup and putting it in a microwaveable bowl is more than I ever want to do again. These little silicon shells made it easy. I freeze the soup, take it out of the mold and just put all the stock cubes in a freezer bag. SPACE SAVING, CONVENIENT: Grab a rock or two from the bag and just pop it into a microwave-safe bowl, it's that easy now! The quality is amazing, very durable! Silicone is thick but flexible. And what I like best is that the top of the tray isn't flexible so it doesn't wobble when you put it in the freezer. That means it can be stacked if you need it. Excellent quality product! I am a very happy customer.
