Review on 🪑 Modway Presidential: Black Faux Leather Mid-Century Modern Dining Armchair by Jimmy Moreland

We have been looking for Danish mid-century modern chairs for a long time. I never thought of trying Revain. Lexmod has a good range of MCM designs (also check out the Wishbone chairs). These chairs are offered by several retailers, although it is not possible to compare quality online based on photos and descriptions. In our opinion, descriptions should be more complete to facilitate the purchase comparison. It looks like everything is made in China so that doesn't help. We based our final decision on weight and assumed that heavier chairs would be of higher quality. We received the chairs less than a week after ordering (thanks Revain Prime!). They came in separate boxes and were well wrapped. The chairs are absolutely beautiful; made of heavy wood, they seem to be very durable (although we've only had them a week, they look like they'll hold up for the long haul). In reality they look much prettier than in the picture. We like clean lines: they are very pleasing to the eye, they go well with our decor. The oak color is very beautiful. I don't think you can get much better quality for the price - our MCM dinnerware is teak but also costs about twice as much. All in all, we love these chairs. Bought two presidential chairs and two [LexMod Hans Wegner Style Elbow Dining Side Chairs]. They complement each other perfectly. The only caveat is that side chairs don't support your back very well, so they can be a bit uncomfortable for those who need support. Highly recommended. Pros: Nice solid wood construction, looks exactly like the photo (actually better in person), great chairs for the price, classic Hans Wegner MCM design without the classic Hans Wegner MCM price tag. long way but looks like they are holding up well, time will tell but I don't expect to update a review made in China in 20 years (not sure if this is a scam but I do would prefer a Danish, Thai or American manufacturer).
