Instructions are clear as mud at first. But from what I could and with what's available here, I tested the device. It didn't pick up my TV's RF signals, it didn't pick up the two baby monitors, one wireless, the other RF. I'm still not sure about the flasher attachment - there aren't any clear instructions, and it didn't find the IR detectors we have. A little more, given the instructions I have no idea how to use it. Don't waste your time and money on this. It's a nice package, but that's about it.
