But it's not a cure. I've been using it almost daily for about 2 months to cleanse/treat my scalp and it helps reduce itching and some dandruff but if I stop using it for a few days the problem comes back. I also use the product in late spring/early summer when the weather is less harsh on my scalp. Of course, the severity of scalp psoriasis will likely affect its effectiveness as well. As there have been no side effects so far and I am feeling some relief I plan to continue using this product as nothing else I have tried has been as effective.
