Just arrived this afternoon. It was mostly charged, so it only took about 20 minutes to top up on the charger. It works very well and it feels like the quality is higher than the price. I see this works well for lighting candles and campfires, camping stoves, etc. However, in order to light the smoke, you need to get the smoke tip very close to the arc between the "arms" that hold the electrodes for proper lighting. . This means that the ash ends up on the lighter and sometimes on the electrodes, so you have to keep the electrodes clean. It definitely won't light a pipe or cigar, so I ordered one that has 4 electrodes pointing up instead of between the two arms like on this model. I'm sure they will find their own use but I think the 4 electrode type up might be a better design for more applications.
