Great value for money.

Comes preloaded. Metal on one side and plastic on the other. Haven't had to change blades yet, but so far I'm impressed. I never liked the old metal scrapers. For many years they were the only things available. Haven't used them for a while but they look good and work great. And they came with lots of spare blades. I bought 2 packs so they should last a long time. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good easy to use blade scraper.
