Now in the smart device age where everyone is using a smart TV, the worst thing for me is typing in apps on the TV. I ordered this remote control after losing my original remote control. I was hesitant if a QWERTY keyboard would work, but this remote connected to my Vizio TV right away and works fine. There is no separate configuration for pairing. No more scrolling through the onscreen keyboard to type and fiddle with the arrow keys. You can just rotate and tap the remote control. The price isn't bad either.
