I have been using this less than once a day for less than two months and there is no suction anymore. I don't understand how this is even possible. Whether the material has deteriorated, whether the upper has loosened up or isn't that stiff anymore, I'm really not sure. But I don't need it anymore because it can't stick to my chest anymore. It just jumps right on. It was great for the first few weeks, but not worth the price if it's useless. Update: I tried working with Haakaa USA customer support and they were very difficult, the basics didn't care about or support the product. They were unwilling to offer an exchange or refund or anything despite the very limited lifespan of this product and they acted like this couldn't be a problem for them.
