System works almost as advertised. Yes, button start. However, if you're looking for a modern keyless car, this won't work. You need to put the RFID tag in the antenna, not just get in the car. I thought the system would identify the tag with closer proximity, but it doesn't. After that the system is fine. Keyless start works well as long as you stick a tag in the antenna, wait for the chirp, and then start the car. keyless start. Once the car starts, you can put the key anywhere. Why not switch on the ignition at this point? Sounds trivial until you try it and realize it's the same as with key start but with the ignition location remote. I'm looking for a way to increase antenna gain to enable true keyless start and will update if I find a solution.
