This bluetooth headset is great because I'm not a big fan of bluetooth headphones dangling from my ear. You are not comfortable for me. The good thing about this headset is that there are several headsets that really fit my small head. I mean I have a small head. I wear the XS in both bike and motorbike helmets and some of the caps don't fit my small head but this headset fits my head perfectly! Usually when I use products that fit snugly around my ears, like headphones or even glasses, I feel tightness and pain around my ears. I am happy to report that I have not experienced this with this headset after limited use. When I use it, I wear the speaker and microphone in my right ear because my left ear can't hear either. I love that this headset can be used from either side. The audio is very clear and I was told on the other end of the speaker that my voice was clear with the mic. The microphone is adjusted only by moving it up and down. It's very durable and I'm not worried about accidentally tearing it off when I pull the mic down. When the microphone is down, it doesn't move. It won't sag. I really like that the mic stays in place and is VERY durable. Well, what I don't like about it. I don't like the little piece of rubber over the ear that doesn't have a speaker. I know it's necessary, and while it's not very uncomfortable, I feel pressure in my ear. I'm sure I won't be able to wear this anymore after using it for a long time. I also don't like that I can't tilt the mic closer to my mouth. However, this is not a big problem as the microphone picks up my voice very well. It just means I have more dining space when using this headset. Overall this is a great headset and for such a low price I would highly recommend it! I've attached a photo to show what you get in the box.
