Just got back from Utah where I wanted to do astrophotography. The tripod did a good job with the built-in Nikon D750 camera. Very light and compact. I took it on a flight as a personal item that fits under the seat, which is very handy if you have a camera bag. The controls work well, but note that the head cutout must be facing you if you want to raise the camera. The lever locks work well and make locking the legs easier. My other tripod has twist locks and I've never been a fan of this design. No bubble level which would be a plus.
