Cheap plastic lock!

Two locking levers broke after 4 months of short term use. There are plastic ones. I tried to contact Manfrotto but it was impossible. I would swap the parts if I could just get them to send them to me. I do not recommend anyone to buy this model.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Lightweight scrap - broken

First of all, the tripod is a lightweight scrap. Especially for the price. Little did I know Manfrotto would throw his name in the trash. I have had another model for many years with no problems. I got it, set it up and thought - not strong, but I'll leave it. Until one leg got stuck trying to get it back.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Weight

Small and portable on tripods and monopods

I used to have several cheaper tripods but after my last one my legs couldn't take the weight of a DSLR with flash, I had to get something better for the money. It's so light I don't mind carrying it around, easy to install and durable! I've used it a dozen times, a few times in the surf, the salt water didn't mind. It still works perfectly and looks like it should last a very long time.

Pros
  • All set!
Cons
  • Zero

Great product but very thin.

I was glad I got my hands on this tripod because of the twist lock. However, the twist lock is very awkward to use on this particular tripod as it is not a twist and pull method. You have to almost unscrew a few times before the tripod legs can pop out. Also, one of the legs is harder to straighten than the others. Maybe it's a factory wedding? I'm considering looking at another tripod.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • No achievement

Shaki and nonsense, it's a pity that you can't come back yet

Lightweight and travel-friendly, but not as strong as desired (unusable with a stretched neck or legs wide apart) and generally bulky. Both the quick release and the pull handles got jammed a few times with light use on the beach, causing a lot of frustration. Unfortunately I waited too long to test thoroughly before my return window closed, so I'll have to try and sell it. Humble yourself and buy the Gitzo while it's still on sale.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great for travel, good for camera and photography

Just got back from Utah where I wanted to do astrophotography. The tripod did a good job with the built-in Nikon D750 camera. Very light and compact. I took it on a flight as a personal item that fits under the seat, which is very handy if you have a camera bag. The controls work well, but note that the head cutout must be facing you if you want to raise the camera. The lever locks work well and make locking the legs easier. My other tripod has twist locks and I've never been a fan of this…

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Something different

That's great!. With a few things to watch out for.

Great tripod to take with you when travelling. It is light, quick to set up and well made. Some things I noticed and didn't like are that it can be painful to take the camera off the tripod. At times it feels like the camera mount is stuck in the tripod and the shutter release mechanism is difficult to operate, but that can only be because it's not worn out. I'm not sure. When the tripod is fully extended and placed on an uneven surface, it will bounce slightly (due to the construction and…

First impressions, more to come.

Welp part one; I ordered a be free 2in1 with a scratch as it said in the description. The description says nothing about the missing parts. (200pl-per quick release plate). The description also said it would be a lever closure system, not the twist lock I received. Not a very good start. Luckily, the tripod I received earlier had the same quick release plate size, so I was able to get it working with minimal modifications. Aside from the issues of Revain not giving a proper product description,

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Multifunctional carbon travel tripod

A very durable four section carbon tripod. Separate locking knobs on head for pivoting and variable resistance on ball head. With a maximum payload of 17.63 pounds, it will hold any of my cameras up to a 4x5. I've been using the aluminum Manfrotto 190 for ten years and the BeFree Advanced complements it perfectly. I appreciate the fact that the qr headstock clamp is compatible with both Arca Swiss and my old RC2 platters. Legs unfold smoothly providing a solid base, cross connectors lock in 3…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great compact travel tripod (with bonus monopod feature)! I already have a sturdy tripod for my big telephoto lenses, but I've found that I wouldn't use it for things like macro photography or landscape photography because it's so heavy and awkward to attach to my backpack due to its length. This tripod is so light and compact that it fits perfectly in my backpack and I hardly notice it's there. While it technically has the weight capacity to hold my large telephoto lens, I don't recommend it…

Pros
  • Easy to use
